    For our Roland Rauschmayer GmbH & Co. KG we are looking for:

• Feinpolieren von Trau- & Verlobungsringen sowie Schmuckstücken nach unseren Qualitätsstandards
• Durchführen von Feinarbeiten, wie das Schleifen und Vorpolieren von Oberflächen
• Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Ringe und Sicherstellung der Oberflächenqualität
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (Goldschmiede & Edelsteinfasser)  zur Optimierung des Produktionsprozesses
• Pflege und Wartung der verwendeten Maschinen und Werkzeuge

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Schmuck- oder Metallbearbeitung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Feinpolieren und in der Oberflächenbehandlung von Edelmetallen oder Schmuck
• Gerne auch Quereinsteiger aus verwandten Branchen
• Präzise und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Auge für Details
• Teamfähigkeit und hohe Flexibilität
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten und hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
• Ideal sind Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Poliermaschinen und anderen Bearbeitungsgeräten
