    For our Roland Rauschmayer GmbH & Co. KG we are looking for:

• Produktdesign & Kollektionsentwicklung: Leitung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Schmuckkollektionen mit einem Fokus auf personalisierte Designs für besondere Lebensereignisse
• CAD-Design & Technische Expertise: Erstellung von Designs und Prototypen mit CAD-Programmen wie Rhino und Matrix Gold
• Strategische Marktanalyse: Fundierte Analyse der Markttrends und Wettbewerbslandschaft, um Designkonzepte und Kollektionen gezielt auszurichten
• Content-Visualisierung: Planung und Umsetzung von Produktshootings und Visualisierungen, um die Marke und unsere Produkte emotional ansprechend zu präsentieren
• Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen, sowohl online als auch offline
• Markenstrategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Designstrategie, um Rauschmayer als die bekannteste Marke für personalisierbaren Schmuck zu etablieren
• Koordination der verschiedenen Kanäle: Steuerung und Planung der Produktdarstellung auf verschiedenen Plattformen und Kanälen (E-Commerce, Social Media, Print etc.)

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Design, Produktgestaltung, Schmuckdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Produktdesign, vorzugsweise im Schmuck- oder Luxussegment
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in CAD-Programmen (insbesondere Rhino und Matrix Gold)
• Erfahrung in der Kollektionsentwicklung und Marktanalyse
• Kreative Vision und strategisches Denken mit einem klaren Fokus auf Markenaufbau und -positionierung
• Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Produktshootings und der Erstellung visuellen Contents
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing-Teams und der Steuerung von crossmedialen Kampagnen
• Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
• Leidenschaft für Schmuck und Design, gepaart mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Trends und Innovationen
