    For our Roland Rauschmayer GmbH & Co. KG we are looking for:

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Inhalte für Web, Social Media, Print- und Digital-Kampagnen – vom ersten Konzept bis zur Veröffentlichung
• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Aktivitäten inklusive Redaktionsplanung und Content-Erstellung
• Mitarbeit an Foto- und Videoproduktionen sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Print- und Onlinekampagnen
• Umsetzung der Mediaplanung sowie Verfassen redaktioneller Inhalte für Presse und Kommunikation
• Einsatz moderner Tools und KI-Anwendungen zur Ideenfindung, Content-Produktion und Performance-Optimierung

• Sie haben ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Mediengestaltung, Kommunikationsdesign, visueller Kommunikation oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen
• 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Content-Produktion (Foto/Video), im Social-Media-Umfeld oder in der redaktionellen Arbeit
• Kenntnisse von CMS-Systemen und versiert im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite – insbesondere Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator und Premiere Pro
• Erfahrung in der Planung, Veröffentlichung und Performance-Optimierung von Social-Media-Inhalten
• Verständnis für Pressearbeit oder Mediaplanung in Unternehmenskontexten
• Begeisterung für kreative Ideen und deren visuelle Umsetzung über unterschiedliche Medien und Kanäle hinweg
• Hohe Affinität für neue Technologien sowie erste Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Tools zur Content-Erstellung wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sie bringen Eigenmotivation, Teamgeist und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit
