    For our Rauschmayer Bau & Grund GmbH we are looking for:

• Kaufmännische Verwaltung unseres eigenen Immobilienbestands

• Betreuung und Kommunikation mit Mietern, Handwerkern, Dienstleistern und Behörden

• Pflege und Verwaltung von Miet-, Vertrags- und Objektdaten

• Organisation und Begleitung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen

• Erstellung von Betriebs- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen

• Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung interner Verwaltungsprozess

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Immobilienbereich

• Berufserfahrung in der Haus- / Immobilienverwaltung

• Kenntnisse im Miet- und Nebenkostenrecht

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
