• Gesamtverantwortung für die digitale Strategie, E-Commerce, Infrastruktur und Skalierung des Unternehmens
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung aller digitalen Systeme, Prozesse und Technologien
• Aufbau einer AI-first Organisation über Commerce, Operations und interne Workflows hinweg
• Entwicklung skalierbarer AI-, Automatisierungs- und Datenstrukturen
• Verantwortung für digitale Effizienz, Prozessoptimierung und Systemskalierung

• Weiterentwicklung moderner Systemlandschaften rund um Shopify, ERP, CRM, Tracking und Middleware
• Verantwortung für Datenqualität, Systemarchitektur und technische Skalierbarkeit
• Entwicklung AI-gestützter Prozesse und interner Agentensysteme
• Sicherstellen einer effizienten und skalierbaren Zusammenarbeit aller digitalen Bereiche

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in digitalen Führungsrollen an der Schnittstelle von Technologie, AI und Business
• Starkes Verständnis moderner E-Commerce-, Daten- und Systemlandschaften
• Praktische Erfahrung mit AI, Automatisierung und modernen Workflows
• Know-how in digitaler Infrastruktur, APIs, Middleware und skalierbaren Prozessen
• Fähigkeit, technische und operative Teams strategisch zu führen
• Unternehmerisches Denken mit hoher Ownership und Skalierungs-Mindset
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise
