• Gesamtverantwortung für Umsatz, Wachstum und Profitabilität von persn.com und rauschmayer.com
• Strategische und operative Steuerung aller Commerce- und Growth-Kanäle
• Skalierung von Google-, Meta-, TikTok-, Pinterest-, CRM- und Retention-Aktivitäten
• Verantwortung für zentrale KPIs und P&L-Steuerung (ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, AOV)
• Entwicklung einer modernen Omnichannel- und Social-Commerce-Strategie
• Verantwortung für SEO-, GEO- und AI-SEO-Strategien sowie Conversion-Optimierung
• Steuerung externer Agenturen, Freelancer und Creator-Partner
• Weiterentwicklung des Commerce-Datenstacks gemeinsam mit dem CDO
• Mitarbeit an AI-gestützten Commerce- und Marketing-Prozessen
• Verantwortung für internationale Expansion und Lokalisierung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Creative-, Marketing-, Operations- und Tech-Teams

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im DTC-, Fashion-, Schmuck- oder Luxus-E-Commerce
• Nachweisbare Erfolge beim Skalieren von E-Commerce-Marken und Performance-Kanälen
• Starkes Verständnis für Performance Marketing über Google, Meta und TikTok
• Erfahrung mit Premium-Brands und hochpreisigen Produkten
• Ganzheitliches Commerce-Verständnis über Paid, CRM, SEO, Social und Content hinweg
• Datengetriebenes Arbeiten mit hoher KPI- und Business-Orientierung
• Hohe AI-Affinität und Interesse an modernen Automatisierungs-Workflows
