• Gesamtverantwortung für digitale, technische und AI-gestützte Infrastruktur
• Führung und Koordination aller digitalen Bereiche an der Schnittstelle von Technologie, Commerce, Daten und Operations
• Steuerung digitaler Projekte, Systeme und Wachstumsinitiativen
• Aufbau einer skalierbaren AI-first System- und Prozesslandschaft
• Entwicklung von AI-Agenten, Automatisierungen und modernen Workflow-Systemen
• Verantwortung für Shopify-, ERP-, CRM-, Tracking- und Middleware-Strukturen
• Führung interner Entwickler sowie externer Technologie- und Infrastrukturpartner
• Sicherstellen effizienter, stabiler und skalierbarer Systeme, Datenflüsse und Prozesse
• Verantwortung für Datenqualität, Integrationen und technische Skalierbarkeit
• Weiterentwicklung interner Tools für Commerce, Reporting, Marketing und Operations
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of E-Commerce und Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei Skalierungs- und Innovationsprojekten

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Tech-, AI-, Digital- oder modernen E-Commerce-Unternehmen
• Starkes Verständnis für digitale Infrastruktur, Systemlandschaften und skalierbare Prozesse
• Praktische Erfahrung mit AI, Automatisierung und modernen Workflow-Systemen
• Verständnis für E-Commerce-, Tracking- und Datenstrukturen
• Erfahrung in der Führung technischer Teams und externer Partner
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte strukturiert zu priorisieren und umzusetzen
• Unternehmerisches Denken mit starkem Ownership- und Skalierungs-Mindset
