• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Content-Konzepte für Social Media, Web und digitale Kampagnen – von der ersten Idee bis zum Live-Gang
• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle inklusive Redaktionsplanung, Content Creation und Community Management
• Konzeption, Produktion und Bearbeitung von Foto-, Video- und Short-Form-Content für plattformspezifische Formate wie Reels, Stories und Shorts
• Einsatz moderner Kreativ- und KI-Tools zur Ideenentwicklung, Content-Produktion sowie Optimierung von Workflows und Kampagnenperformance
• Monitoring, Analyse und Reporting relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung datengetriebener Handlungsempfehlungen zur kontinuierlichen Performance-Steigerung
• Planung, Publishing und Optimierung von organischen und bezahlten Social-Media-Maßnahmen über verschiedene Plattformen hinweg
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, Kreativpartnern und externen Dienstleistern zur Umsetzung integrierter Kommunikations- und Kampagnenprojekte
• Identifikation aktueller Social-Media-, Content- und Digital-Trends sowie Entwicklung innovativer Ideen zur Stärkung der Markenpräsenz

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Content Creation, Mediengestaltung, Kommunikationsdesign, Visuelle Kommunikation oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Produktion von Social-Media-Content, Foto- und Videoproduktion oder im kreativen Agentur- bzw. Redaktionsumfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen sowie Kreativ- und Editing-Tools wie Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva und CapCut
• Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Social-Media-Trends, visuelles Storytelling und die Erstellung plattformgerechter Inhalte für Kanäle wie Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok oder YouTube
• Leidenschaft für kreative Ideen, starke visuelle Kommunikation und die Umsetzung von Content-Kampagnen über verschiedene digitale Touchpoints hinweg
• Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Innovationen, aktuellen Social-Media-Entwicklungen und KI-gestützten Tools für Content-Erstellung, Bildbearbeitung und Videoproduktion
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Eigeninitiative, Teamspirit und eine Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie die Fähigkeit, Ideen schnell und kreativ in Content zu verwandeln
